SYNOPSIS​

Sets a global logging severity level.

SYNTAX​

Set-LoggingDefaultLevel [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] -Level <String> [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

This function sets a global logging severity level. Log messages written with a lower logging level will be discarded.

EXAMPLES​

Set-LoggingDefaultLevel -Level ERROR
